Important Notes
Please register online to complete the Product Warranty Registration, within 30 Days from the date of purchase. Without register online within 30 days after purchase implies giving up the 6 months extended warranty.
This registration is valid for Aprica Stroller/High Low Bed and Chair, and Graco Stroller purchased in Hong Kong and Macau authorized retailers only. Transportation charge to and from Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited is excluded. (Macau customer will bear the transportation fee to and from Hong Kong and Macau.) Parallel imported products are excluded from this Warranty. There is no repair or support service for all parallel imported products.
Customer is required to present the official purchase invoice issued by the official dealers of Hong Kong or Macau to Baby C.E.O. for verification when service is required, otherwise repair service will be on chargeable basis. (Please refer to Terms and Conditions for details).
In case there is any inconsistency or conflict or discrepancy between English version and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
All Terms and Conditions stated are subject to change without notice. Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited. retains final decision in case of dispute.
Terms & Conditions and Personal Information Collection Statement
Each product is entitled to enjoy extended warranty service once only.
This Warranty service is only valid and applicable to official products which are sale and purchase in Hong Kong and Macau authorized retailers. Parallel imports are excluded from this Warranty. There is no repair or support service for all parallel imported products.
This Warranty shall not apply and no repair service shall be provided if the product model / serial number has had the any modification, alteration or removed.
4. Customer is required to present the original purchase invoice with product name and model number listed for the repair / warranty service. The warranty coverage is judged by Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited.
Customer agrees to pay Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited all charges for its Repair Service and or any other related service such as inspection and adjustment when the Product is not covered by any warranty (where any warranty period is expired, or it is within warranty period but Customer’s request for Repair Service is in respect of any consumable items, accessories, cabinets/cosmetic damage or loss to any due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or such other situation.
For those Repair Service which is not covered by any warranty, Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited shall charge a fixed inspection fee for each item of product in addition to the charges on the parts. Such inspection fee shall be payable upon the Customer’s request of repair service. All charges and inspection fee are required to be paid in cash and non-refundable. All defective parts of the Product which are replaced by Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited in the course of repairing, if any, shall be Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited’s property and non-returnable.
Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be under any liability to the Customer and any third party for any direct or indirect losses and damages caused by any unauthorized alteration of damage to the product or any consequential loss howsoever arise including delay in or failure to provide the Repair Service attributable to any cause of whatever nature beyond Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited’s reasonable control.
Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited shall not be responsible for any loss of accessories and personal belongings, may be lost or damaged during repair, customer is hereby recommended to take care all accessories and personal belongings before sending the Product to Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited for repair.
The product that have been repaired, customer has to retrieve the repaired product within 14 days. Otherwise Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) will discard the product without further notification.
In case of any dispute, Baby C.E.O. (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final judgment and decision.

Personal Information Collection Statement
Baby CEO (Hong Kong) Limited may collect certain personal information, including without limitation your name and telephone number ("Personal Information”) from you when you request examination or repair service.
Purpose of Collection We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes: (a) to manage and process all transactions and dealings with you; (b) to verify your identity; (c) to contact you and provide you with customer and/or repair service; (d) to perform research and statistical analysis.
Classes of Transferees
We may disclose your Personal Information to third party service providers (including without limitation, customer service, repair service, IP location, advertisers, insurance, lawyers, bank, accounting and other third party service providers who provide customer service, product warranty, repair, administrative, telecommunications, postal, computer, payment or other services to us to enable us to operate our business) for the purposes outlined in Section 1.
We will not disclose your Personal Information to any other third parties for direct marketing purposes without your consent.
Consequence of failing to provide Personal Information
Unless otherwise specified by us, it is mandatory for you to provide the Personal Information requested by us. In the event that Personal Information is not provided, we may not be able to provide you with the services or carry out the activities outlined at Section 1 above.
Access and Correction Rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "Ordinance"), you have the right to request access to and correction of any Personal Information that you provide to us. You may make such a request by writing to our Data Protection Officer at Baby CEO (Hong Kong) Limited, Unit A-C, 3/F, Block 1, Kinho Industrial Building, 14-24 Au Pui Wan Street, Fotan,. N.T., Hong Kong. In accordance with the Ordinance, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any personal information access or correction request.
